With many Suite rental locations available now, it is important to consider the benefits of being in a suite that is privately owned. Ask this question, Is the owner a fellow industry professional or are they an investor. A fellow industry professional is going to understand the challenges that you will face as a business owner and they will be able to guide you through difficult situations. Typically they are in the building more often also.
Don't choose just based on price
It is tempting to choose the location based on price. Especially when you are in a rush or a situation that you did not have much time to plan for. Hopping from location to location is great way to loose clients and waste money! Choosing a place soley on the fact that the rent is lower could mean that you are sacrificing other benefits that outweigh the pricing difference.
