2. Shared Suite Rental.

   Sharing a suite rental can also apply to the same group of professionals as the daily rental. This is a more committed option.

   The pros are that you wouldn't have to bring your stuff in and out with you daily, and this still saves money because you are sharing the rent with the other renter.

   The cons are that you most likely won't have the flexibility of changing the days work because on your off days the suite will be utilized by the other renter.

   This is another great option for a beauty professional who knows they only want to work part-time or is working towards renting a full-time suite of their own.

3. Full-time Suite Rental.

   This is the most common option for Suite Rental. Full-time rental is typically best suited for a beauty professional who has a very steady clientele, wants the space completely to themselves, and wants 100% flexibility and control of their space and business. The cons of full-time rental can be the contracts. Each Suite Rental Facility offers different contracts and agreements. It is very important to read your contracts and fully understand what is expected from you and what you are committing to.
